Description

Stands 11 inches high, EPNS stamped on side at very bottom of base. Top 3 inches unscrews to show the main body of the bottom is hollow. Holes all around side of removable top. Bottom decorated with a fleur-de-lys topped wreath with floral pattern on each side as shown. Comes in a blue velvet covered box.
