Description the wiring looks good. Only piece missing is the bottom of the arm plate that holds the finial. There is a small, fillable crack in one arm, and another fillable crack on the top piece that is not noticable when hung. It looks as though it was painted green and gold at one time. The only markings I found was a sticker that said "Luminaire"
