These cutlery sets are made of an alloy called "Dirilyte" or other bronze alloys. Most are fairly modern, brought back by Vets from Vietnam as gifts for the folks back home. Such sets are still in production, values vary depending on the size of the set,but most sell at auction for under $100.00.
