17 pc Coffee Set made in East Germany

Description

Going through my late grandmothers things, I found this (miniature?) coffee set.  Not sure if it a toy set or what.  It has a very retro pattern, very 70's looking.  The colour is brown and gold.  I'm curious if it has any value.  I've not been able to find a set like it online anywhere.

My grandmother who lived in Austria and moved to Canada just after WWII owned this set. No idea when she got it.
