Top / Bottom
United States Of
America
Picture Of Franklin in the middle looking slightly left
On both sides of him is a full body boy kinda like a cupid Not sure what to call it
Under Franklins picture is 1706 FRANKLIN 1790 #1 on each side of it
under that it reads Postage one cent
To me this might be an error stamp because the print is of set it is to far up from its ridges and to far right of its perforated edges .Its offset quiet a bit
Believe this to be an error Stamp
It is offset about 2/16 from the bottom and offset R-L a little over 1/16
side to side 7/8
