Description

This needlework was made by Ann Gouch( 10 years old) in England in 1747.  IThis is something joung lades did to learn their ABC's and to learn how to  do needlework. It has been in my family all these years.  I went to the Smithsonian and received directions on how to frame it correctly.  I kept in out of the direct light and it has glare free glass.  Some is faded but it is still readable.  We had problems getting this picture on but can try to get a higher resolution if needed.
