Description 1800's engraved painting of Washington, painted by Gilbert Stuart, published by O Pelton Hartford conn. Engraved by O Pelton as well. It does have some water damage but you can still very clearly see all the words. Also I don't know if its real or not but on the back their is a handwritten signature reading Washington. Its in a frame protected but extremely old.
