Re: 1885-1894 International Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF)...
I believe this also includes an order/will from Elihu L. Clark (banker) stating that upon his death he would bequeth $5000 to IOOF to build a hall for future use. I believe this building to be Clark Memorial Hall, listed in the National Register of Historic Place, in Adrian, Michigan. He also donated $5000 to be used to fund a public library but I have no records to indicate that this happened.
