Description
1890s Polyphon Music Box in serpentine case, made in Leipsig, Germany. Fine working condition fully restored by UK music box specialist in the early 1990s.
Polyphon picture inside lid is original, not a reproduction.
Unusually, this music box comes with 46 metal 21 cm discs, most of which are in good playable condition (a few discs have some teeth missing). Discs are kept in two box files (see photo).
Note: I may consider selling this item, depending on valuation.
