While the paper is yellowed, it is in excellent condition. It is two full sheets of newsprint, making up eight pages. There are three photographs, and many lithographs, as well as a political cartoon featuring Wilfred Laurier.

This is a vintage newspaper from Winnipeg, Canada. It was the 176th issue of the paper, which, as a daily, means less than a year into the first publication. I would appreciate any idea of its value.
