Description
Hi all,
I have a 1909 Waltham Hunter Ladies Pocket Watch.
The watch was a gift to my girlfriend from her grandmother and the watch is in mint condition. It does work but we are not exact sure how to rewind it because I guess it depends on the type of pocket watch for the correct way to rewind it and we didn’t want to break it.
The only information I have is from research I did and the visual aspect as you will see in the pictures I’ve attached.
Here is what I believe so far (notice the word “believe”) :)
• Inside – It was made in 1909 because of the Serial Number 17674365
• Inside rim - Has the numbers 2073
• Inside - AWWCO WALTHAM, MASS. 15 JEWELS
• 14k Gold
• Unusual to own with a three-color gold case
• Length = (Approx.) 1.5”
• Width = .4”
• Height = 2”
• Weight = 1.5 oz
Any information, approximate pricing (like what it is not worth) ex. “Pocket Watch is not worth $1,000.00”or something of that nature or just comments would be greatly appreciated. :)
Thanks ahead of time,
~Fox
