Description It looks like it was hand painted. The lamp itself is in good shape and works. The lamp shade isnt real bad but could be replaced.

Most of these vases were made in Limoges ,France sold as porcelain blanks to pottery studio's and decorated there by students. "China Painting" was a popular hobby prior to World War One on both sides of the Atlantic. Comparable Vase form lamps sell for under $150.00 at auction. Lovejoy
