Description Wooden Frame from J Horne and Co Pittsburg. label on back is dated 8/19 (August 1916)Frame in excellent condition, some varnish flaking on rear. Print could be Lithograph. There is an imprint area around painting. bottom left of painting reads: copyright 1915 by Louis Wolfe & Co. Ltd London W painted by Herbert Schmalz.
