1920's Era vanity/dresser

By amadores2, 22 December, 2009
Description

As seen in the photos, this is a 3 drawer vanity/dresser. possibly used to have a mirror, I don't know.
It has the 4" panels on each side of the drawers, only decorative. Was hoping for hidden treasure when pulled drawers...nope.
Sturdy and probably from 1920's has finishing nails or staples holding bottoms on drawers.
that's about all I know

Re: 1920's Era vanity/dresser

Pieces like these tend to date from the second quarter of the 20th century, and are often a mix of styles, in this case Art Deco with Federal Revival.
Some are very high quality pieces, others not so much. At auction comparable examples sell for under $250.00.
