Description The gold on this piece appears to be genuine and is worn in some places, from age, I assume. There is a hairline fracture in one side that I was unable to photograph very well at all.
Category Ceramics and Porcelains
Medium Porcelain (I think)
Distinguishing marks PROV SXE SE Germany is stamped on the bottom along with handwritten and stamped numbers
Condition Good
Size and dimensions of this item approx. 18 inches tall
Date Period 1920's
Weight approx. 2 pounds
History I have found that the stamp on the the bottom of the vase (if that's what it's called!) means that Erdmann Schlegelmilch was the artist and that it was made in the 1920's.
