By pulling the upper front latch, this simultaneously lifts the top panel, thereby opening up the cabinet/bar where cocktail glasses/spirits are stored.
There's a pull out drawer in the middle front, and directly below the drawer are latched, swinging doors that open up to reveal a shelved storage space.
