1940's Era Silver and Mother of Pearl Brooch with Orginial Military Duty Free Slip and Box

Description

This was found in my mother's things after she passed away.  It appears to be in excellent condition, just needs cleaning.  I didn't want to attempt to clean as I may scratch it or ruin it.

It appears to be in the orgininal box, and wrappings.  Duty free slip is in excellent condition and very readable.

Would like to know if anyone could give me an estimate on value?

Silver is almost ALWAYS marked, especially 1940's and older era. This is likely metal allow or non-precious kind. Still a nice piece with the military import certificate, which therefore increases the value. I'd be asking about $60 for this piece.
