Description An Alfred E. Neuman type this print is titled "Sammy". It is Copywritted 1941 and signed Maurice Goldsmith with the numbers 4/41. Under the title appears to be a piece of paper glued on which says typewritten "SURE I VOTED FOR ROOSEVELT". To the left of the title is hand written "To my good friend Chuck Rowan from Lt. James Miller Somewhere in Africa" To the right of the title is hand written "Lt. J.F. Miller  Vis. Eva Cowaan  Vis. Lt. Moss S.N.A.F.U. + Good Luck". The print has been folded at one time and suffers the fold marks. There is darkening to the upper left side and the lower left side middle. It is in an old wooden frame and the glass is cracked. I have not removed it from the frame yet.
