I have a 1943 cent, but is very weird. Look like silver with coper. I took a magnet and stick to the magnet like a piece of metal.

The fact that it is magnetic means that it isn't valuable. 1943 was the year in which the U.S. Government made pennies out of steel, since copper was needed for the war. Your coin, in it's condition, wouldn't be worth more than a couple of cents.
