It's a paper dated September 3rd 1945 at Camp John hay. Signed by Edmond H Leavey, Tomoyuki Yamashita, Denhic Okochi. The paper discusses the Japanese surrender and the agreement to the allied forces in the Philippines islands. Hard to tell from the pictures, but it looks like a facsimile of the documents, made for US soldiers as a souvenir. Worth about $25.
