1945 document to the Surrender of the Japanese in the Philippines islands to allied forces.

Description

It's a paper dated September 3rd 1945 at Camp John hay. Signed by Edmond H Leavey, Tomoyuki Yamashita, Denhic Okochi. The paper discusses the Japanese surrender and the agreement to the allied forces in the Philippines islands. Paper sets discusses the release of American POWS and the surrender and no further military action of Japans army and it's generals. The paper looks very old and has fold marks like it was placed in someones pocket, still very good condition all signatures are handwritten and no ink is smudged or wearing.

Hard to tell from the pictures, but it looks like a facsimile of the documents, made for US soldiers as a souvenir. Worth about $25.
