Description

I inherited this painting from my parents. In 1947 their interior designer took them to a New York City gallery for them to choose a painting that would set the tone for the interior decorating of their entire home. This is the painting that they chose. I love it so much but I can't make out the signature of the artist correctly. Does anyone know who this artist is and it's value?
