This is a Japanese Okina Noh Mask. It should be signed if it has any value, I saw 2 online you can buy these for less than$100.00 sorry

Bang On KathyBeh, These are still in production, with similar masks made all over South East Asia. We seldom retail eaxmples like this for over $150.00.
