March of Dimes Collection / Donation box with full display.  Artwork for display by famous John Falter.  Circa 1951.

Printed on canister:  "This coin collector is a reproduction of the "IRON LUNG" which has saved the lives of many Infantile paralysis victims."

Further printed:  "THANK YOU FOR PLACING IT IN A SPOT WHERE ALL CAN GIVE"

Union Label printed in America.
