hello and thanks for your posting. Your set is the 1950's version of Gilbert sets that have been around since the 1920's (I have my dad's 1940's set, by the way). They are a very, very difficult sell; however, yours looks to be in very strong condition and would display as "well above average" for these sets. The full market value of you set is $45, including the comic book and all paperwork. If you receive an offer for any amount above $35, I would consider that a good sale.
