Description
This is a 1959 Arkansas resident fishing license. It is all filled out, and has some yellowing and a small amount of diluted ink stain. It is encased in metal, and on the back of the license is a pin so that it could be pinned onto clothing. It is a nice piece of memorabilia. Has some minor rusting on metal that could be cleaned up quite easily. Thanks for looking and take care!
