Exquisitely carved wooden base includes 4 right-angled corners and 4 interlocking bars
This piece has been in the same family since its $5000 purchase in 1967, and has undergone multiple moves. Glass has some superficial scratches and its weight requires a 4 person carry. Each corner has suffered damage (one Gorilla-glued in 3 places) as we were not able to convince movers to pick each piece up from the bottom and shouldn’t be carried by the inviting scrolls. Its unique elegance captures attention. With a little TLC, this table could once again be a masterpiece.
