Description

Plate #778 FR. Ganeau's "Marlene La Vamp" 1935 collection Les femmes du siecle. Description on plate is in french and I dont read french but if you do, it says, {Seductrice dans sa robe monlante de vionnet, Marlene apparait comme une tentatrice sophistiquee, defiant ces temps difficules et affirmant ouvertement son pouvoir de femme sur les hommes. Because I dont read or speak french, I am unable to be sure of the details of this piece, but I can assure you that it is Authentic and old.

Ah another french piece. the translation is roughly this:In its robe Seductrice monlante of vionnet, Marlene appears as a well sophistication, defiant these time difficulties and affirming its power to openly women on men. As stated before i would check with a french collector for a price.
