The book hardcover is in pretty good condition, very little fraying around the edges (only on the spin and the corners of the book). The spine is the worst part, it is discolored, has 2" tear on the top left side of the spine, and the top and bottom of the spine is worn. Inside the book there is a sticker placed by the previous owner on the upper left corner inside cover. You see where the spine is loose inside the front cover and inside the back cover, but all the pages are securely attached, clean, no folds, and all 383 pages are accounted for and in very good condition.
