Each of these statues are approximately 15 inches tall. Each is wearing an ornate headdress and has very distinctive facial features. One of the statues has prominent protruding front teeth as one of it's main features. It's paint is vivid, though slightly faded with age. And the carvings depicting each of the statue's clothing is ornate. Each statue appears to be either Asian, Hindu or possibly African in origin. They appear to be female in gender and one is holding up it's hand before it, almost symbolically like a Buddha. It is unclear whether these statues are ancestoral, totemic, guardian, or for some other purpose. Any historical information for comparison to help point me in the right direction for research would be welcome. I have been unable to find any similar statuary for comparison. Thank you.
