Description

My aunt, Hazel Pool Hull, was a world traveler. She would collect items and being a very talented artist, she would make pieces to beautify her home...and to remember her various trips.

These wall pieces have been hanging on either side of a huge beveled mirror for my entire lifetime (59 years) and longer.

They are made from a copper mesh background, have 3 bronze, copper & silver Egyptian platelets and 200 + East African coins on each. A total of over 400 coins dating from 1924 to 1942. These gorgeous plaques were made in 1942...and are in mint condition.

These pictures do not do them justice...the richness of colors and the texture are outstanding.

They each measure approximately 12-1/2" by 38-1/2" and make a beautiful and bold statement on any wall. They are especially beautiful surrounding a mirror.
