3 sided figural; 3 goddesses, cobra, foo dog, and bird vase or votive

I bought this on Ebay. He advertised it as Hindu or Indian, but I thought Japanese. Seller was unsure of material or age. It has so many imperfections in
the shape of the top, it seems carved rather than a mold. Several photos are in the above Ebay link.
