Description

We have a curious set of 4 spoons we believe to be silver. The spoons are not stamped or marked in any way that you can see except on the handles of two of the spoons. The tops of the spoons all have different figures on them. A cupid (?), a donkey (?), a leopard/lion, and a winged owl looking creature with a tail. The leopard lion looks lt says ROMA on the handle. On the back side of this handle it SPQR. The winged owl creature has the roman numeral V on the front and it is difficult to tell if anything was on the back. I do know that this is part of a set of 8 and have included a photo of a set that a guy was inquiring as to their worth, however I was unable to find out what he was told. I hope you can help us we want to know what they are and what their value is. Thank you greatly!
