I Have a five piece furniture set that I would like appraised. Ok, well I believe The Furniture is Louis XV (not positive though) I cannot find any signiture or mark on the furniture. looking for value and who makes it.

I cannot find any Marks or Signatures on the furniture

ok so i just found a stamp on the dressers mirror that says Sept. 9 1968 and written in black crayon is 1794, hope this helps figure out who makes it and what its worth

Your suite is quite modern, it's unlikely it predates the 1980's and is in a style that's very hard to sell these days. The style is based on mid 18th century French and Italian Rococo furniture, in some cases the applied carvings are plastic or some type of wood composite material. At auction about $500.00

anyone else know anything about this kind of furniture? just would like another opinion. not that lovejoy doesn't know what he/she is talking about.
