I believe the character on the front is an Indonesian Wayang kulit puppet.

3" (7.6cm) long 2 3/8" (5.6cm) wide.

Silver card holder opens lengthwise with working hinge and clasp.

Stamp reads 008 and then under that initials AD.

Tarished front and some tarnished spots inside.
