African or Caribbean carved wooden head

 I have this African or Caribbean sculpted wooden head about which I know very little. I wonder if you could tell me anything about it. The head is 93cm high and 130cm in circumference at the forehead and is carved from a single piece of hardwood (it is very heavy).
