AGUILA SUIZO Vintage gold watch

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering how much this watch is worth. Don´t know very much about it except that it was purchased in Uruguay in the mid to late 50´s. It´s stamped in back as 18K gold and the serial number reads 426 1227. Weight is about 58 grams. Works fine.
