Hi, This is the second of 2 from this artist that I found at a flea market. This one was framed but there was no glass in front of it, so the piece is distressed a bit. Signature in uper right corner is not real clear but in the bottem on the page is printed copyright 1970 IRA ROBERTS INC. picture is on thick paper with a coarse grainy texure. edges of the peice are slightly frazeled but not bad. small tair in lower left side behind where frame was about 1/2 long.
