Re: Alexander Backer Co. Piggy Bank

One just like this was stolen from my sister's storage space in the mid 80s.
It meant a lot to us all, especially her, because it was our Grandmother's, who is of course long passed away, and until today I didn't know enough about it to locate one.
It is made of chalk and was a carnival prize in the 1940s, give or take 5 years.
I just bought one about 8 inches tall in great condition for 25.oo plus shipping.
If the rules allow, please contact me if you want to sell after all, or would consider.
Grandma's I remember as bigger, maybe 13-20 inches high, but it's been a while and I was little when I last saw it. Even if yours isn't. there are 2 other sisters who vied for Grandma's, and so I would love to surprise them all with one.One just like this was stolen from my sister's storage space in the mid 80s.
