Description
I believe it is an oil on canvas from the late 19th century or early 20th century. It is looking down the Seine river in Paris with Notre Dame in the background. The painting is dirty, and there is a crease in the upper right corner. There is a clear signature, but it is unreadable to me. The frame is a plain wooden frame painted gold.
