The sun dial is either early 1900,or 1800s.
table lamp is cut crystal,with legs I have never seen before
I have tried to locate the exact same items in the us and
other states by way of internet.my results were 0.

Your sundial/birdbath 'Tempus Fugit' (time flies) appears , to me , to be a pretty current item .
If you 'Bing' or Google for images of 'tempus fugit sundial' , you'll find the same pattern (in aluminum) going for around $60.00 , retail .

Your vase hallmark , if authentic , is one that was used c.1875-1890 by Franz Alton Mehlem (Germany) .

You might want to confirm that the crystal is cut glass and not pressed glass, this pattern was made in both styles.
Cut glass has sharp edges rather than rounded ones and is typically much heavier (they need more glass as they are cutting into it!). When gently tapped with a finger nail it rings at a lower tone due to the heavier glass too.
Cut glass prices are much higher than pressed glass. But as this is a common pattern, you probably aren't seeing going to see a great value for it compared to others.
