Description

I don't know much more about this item then that has the date 1912 on it, and two people have told me it was a fence stretcher. I am posting it on here, hoping someone can tell me for sure what it is.

History It was found in the foundation of my great great grandfathers old barn. We were cleaning out all the steel and old wood and came across a few items we thought might be worse something.
