Description

I have searched online and antique shops for over 9 years for answers or at least to find a chair identicle to this one. I have only been givin guesses.  Some have said barley twist, throne chair, louis xiii, rennaisance, country chair, platform chair, among some guesses. It would be a blessing to find out what chair this is. I think the carvings are the big clue..but other than wheat whats the carving called and also the flower. What kind of flower? Thanks for any answers you can give me.

Thank you, i am still at a lost to the name of this chair and still cant find any like it although I have searched every Jacobean, and just yesterday Elizabethan Chairs. I would love to see yours that are like mine in restored condition!!  Also do you have them with the same carvings of wheat on the legs?? It would be awesome to have a match for my chair.Where can I find them?  Thanks
