Description

Ibought this recently in a second hand store. It stands approximately 3 inches high.

I believe the pen is made out of sterling silver and there is also sterling silver on the top of the jar. Would love to know what the marking on the bottom of it is and also what time period it is from and any other information anyone can offer. Thank you in advance.

I believe this is not an inkwell, but a water pipe of Chinese or Vietnamese Origin. Late 19th Century
