Antique Barrel, goblets, and tray

Appraisal complete
Description

This is a replica (which it states on the bottom of the barrel), quadruple plated barrel with 6 goblets and tray. The tray is very scratched but has the Pat'd No as 11-1-21 and has the initials NYSCO. It is all plain without any pictures. The barrel has leaves with a dog, child and wagon raised on the rim in the middle. The spigot works. I think this was my grandmothers and she was born in 1895. Any clue about this item? Thanks
