Description

Attached is a picture of a French Style statue that I have.  I'm hoping someone can tell me something about it. It seems to be made of a glasslike material, possibly bisque.  Very heavy.

I could find no mark other than a 17 on the bottom.  I have a pair. The other is a woman holding a white bird in the air on her arm.

Hopefully someone can tell me something about these statues - I am interested in selling them, but don't know where to start

History The statue has been stored in a closet for at least 75 years - I have a pair - the other is a woman holding a bird on her arm. The other has a broken arm, but it's a clean break, that when put back together looks perfect - I have not attempted to glue/repair it.
