Antique brooch/pendant 17 jewels watch with pearls amethyst repousse

This gorgoeous ornate Antique brooch/pendant 17 jewels watch with decorative pearls amethyst and repousse is unlike any of its kind. It is diamond shaped approximately 1.5" by 1.5" and 3D due to the elaborate embellishments. The watch still runs. The watch face is revealed by lifting up the hinged front of the brooch. Across the top of the watch face it says "Accro" in cursive; across the bottom it says "17 jewels." The numbers on the watch dial are marked with Roman numerals. The closest accro pendant I have come across has been one by Walter Lampl.

The pendant has always hung on an antique silver chain 36" long.
