I think these are brass but may be bronze. Not sure. THere appears to be a dull seam on the stem indicating to me a brass casting process commonly used in the 1800's. They are not magnetic whatsoever. when i tap them they ring for about 2 seconds quite high pitched. there are no markings on them. they are about 10" tall. thanks!
