Description

I'm interested in selling this chair as my young children will never allow this to stay safe.  It needs to be in the hands of a collector who can keep it the shape it's currently in.  I'd like to know what period this chair is from, if it may be one-of-a-kind and the value.

It's a hall chair, they were used in front halls of large houses, where one could take off their boots or sit and wait. Generally there would be a pair of them. This one dates from the first quarter of the 20th Century. Most like tis go for about $150.00 at auction.
