Hello,
I found this beauty at garage sale.
Now wondering what is it's real value?
Looks to me like Art Deco.
Thank you!

Re: Antique chandellier (Art Deco probably)
It's not an antique, or Art Deco. Based on the images I doubt this one predates the 1960's. Comparable lamps are still in production, at auction they go for about $150.00.
Re: Antique chandellier (Art Deco probably)
Thanks, Lovejoy!
Could you post links of the same that are produced now? Just wondering about manufacturer, materials used etc.
Another question would be: how old an item must be to be called antique? I know vintage has to be 20 years or older. I'm assuming this is not only a question of age, correct?
Re: Antique chandellier (Art Deco probably)
100 years old is the benchmark to be an antique. Without a manufacturers mark or label it impossible to determine a maker for these more modern pieces, most like this were made in Europe, mainly Italy and imported.

Thank you again, I appreciate this!
