Purchased this original charcoal portrait from an auction of a local artist/collector John Corey in New Brunswick, Canada.
It is in pristine condition, and is very old as the paper the portrait is attached to is showing age, but the portrait itself is unscaved.
Cannot find a signature on the front of the portrait. The portrait's title in the auction was "Greece". There might be a signature on the back of the portrait.
It could also be an original of Mr. John Corey himself.
The detailing on this portrait is remarkable.

Re: Antique Charcoal Portrait "Greece"
Without a signature, it can be very difficult to determine. You might check with an antique dealer.
